G-Tech has unveiled a new performance package for the Abarth 500.

Dubbed the RS-S, the package features Garrett loaders, larger injectors, new spark plugs, and a cat back exhaust system. These modifications enable the 1.4-liter engine to produce 207 hp (154 kW / 210 PS) and 310 Nm (229 lb-ft) of torque, instead of 135 hp (103 kW / 138 PS) and 206 Nm (152 lb-ft). This allows the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.9 seconds, before topping out at an electronically limited 226 km/h (140 mph).

Other goodies include a coilover suspension, green body accents, and 17-inch alloy wheels.

Renntech has released new information about their Performance Package 1 for the Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series.

Under the hood, the company installs a revised ECU, a 'Dual Intercooler Pump Upgrade' and a sport exhaust system. These modifications enable the bi-turbo 6.0-liter V12 to produce 600 kW (805 bhp / 816 PS) and 1,356 Nm (1,000 lb-ft) of torque, instead of the standard 493 kW (661 bhp / 670 PS) and 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque.

To keep everything under control, Renntech offers a Transmission Upgrade and a 100% Locking Rear Differential. The latter is based on OS Giken's Super-Lock Limited [...]

Alsa Automotive Engineering, based in Abu Dhabi, have tuned the BMW X6 M to an impressive 724 PS (533 kW / 714 bhp). The company's CEO, Mohammed Al Sayegh, says the over-700 horsepower figure was obtained with no modification to the engine's displacement, unlike the 715 PS (526 kW /705 bhp) X6 M tuned by German outfit Nowack Motors.

"[Nowack Motors] have produced that by making the car a 4.8 liter instead of keeping it at its 4.4 liter engine capacity," Al Sayegh told WCF.

The tuning package, which includes upgraded turbo compressor wheels, is also available for the X5 M. [...]

GTHaus may be looking to steal a little of G-Power's thunder.

This isn't a G-Power M3 GT2 S but GTHaus's own M3 creation. The German tuner hasn't released any specs on the model so details are scarce.

Presented at BimmerFest 2010, the model features 20-inch rims (11x20/13x20), a Brembo big brake kit, a KW coilover suspension, a massive rear wing and a widebody kit. The widebody panels include a front bumper with splitter, flared fenders, side skirts with triple winglets and, of course, those rear wheel arches that require their own postal code. Using a 415cid stroker engine and the HPE800 Twin Turbo upgrade, engineers at Hennessey Performance in Texas and California have dramatically boosted power on the Chevrolet Camaro to 815 horsepower (608 kW, 826 PS). However, substitute 104-octane racing fuel for 93-octane petrol and the engine kicks out 1,000 hp (746 kW, 1014 PS) at the crank as measured on the dyno.

This translates to 847 rear-wheel horsepower (632 kW, 859 PS). The company provided a video and graph of the dyno test to back up their claim. The ZR1 engine used was tuned to produce up to 788 [...]

Vorsteiner has released a new body kit for the BMW M3 E92. The full product is called the GTRS3 M3 and it consists of several body modifications and aerodynamic pieces. Up front the bumper has been replaced with a complete carbon fibre unit with a modular replacement splitter, GTRS3 carbon fibre wide arch fenders and extended side skirts. A GTRS3 carbon fibre vented race bonnet is also available.

Heffner Performance has released some new information about their latest tuner job.  The Heffner Audi R8 Twin-Turbo may look like it "came from the factory," but the details from the car's Dyno Sheet shows a clear upgrade.

According to the engineers, the tuned R8 has a 183 rear-wheel horsepower gain over the stock model.  The 536 rwhp rating is well over 50% higher than a factory-shipped R8.  The tuner firm claims that with 100 octane fuel, this car may be able to realize 600 rwhp, and a sub-11 second quarter-mile.

Never satisfied with the factory Jaguars, German tuner Arden has introduced its take on the revised 2010 Jaguar XKR Convertible. Arden starts by hiking the performance of the new 5.0-liter supercharged V8 that gains 30 horsepower and 50 Nm of torque for a total output of 540 horsepower and 675 Nm (498 lb-ft). A sport suspension with new shocks and the removal of the electronic speed limiter complete the changes under the skin.

The tuner covers the XKR Convertible's front grille and air-intakes with handmade, chrome-plated stainless steel grilles while at the rear there's a new diffuser that houses the tail [...]

Mansory's Linea Vincero Bugatti Veyron has been caught on video, thanks to our longtime friend Nick Hall.

The modified supercar features an enhanced cold air induction system and an optimized exhaust, which enables the Bugatti's massive 8.0-liter 16 cylinder engine to produce 1109 hp and 1310 Nm of torque (instead of the standard 1001 hp and 1250 Nm of torque).

In terms of styling, Mansory equips the Linea Vincero Veyron with an extensive carbon-fiber body kit that includes a shorter hood, a new front apron, revised side skirts, and an aggressive rear diffuser. The company also adds a "V" insignia to the [...]

Racing and tuning house Abt Sportline finally reveals expected upgrades to the Volkswagen Golf VI GTI. Previously Abt had released aero kit and modest performance upgrades for the Golf VI at Essen last year.

The standard GTI is known for producing 155kW (211hp) out of its 2.0-litre four-pot turbo engine. Power has been upped to 191kW (260hp) which is the same as the Mazda3 Speed/MPS. Lorinser is not a tuner that goes out of its way to create cars that scare other motorists off the freeway. Subtle but effective is how they do it over at Lorinser. Occasionally though, they present something like this which is called the Lorinser LV8. It's based on the Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG and instead of pushing out 332kW (451hp) it delivers 368kW (500hp). Maximum torque is also increased to 630Nm. Subsequently the 0 - 100km/h dash can be achieved in 4.3 seconds while top speed goes up to 320km/h.

Chrome-painting was never our cup of tea but when it comes to style /fashion /design etc, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. This particular creation is the work of a Russian tuning firm called Dereiter Racing - and yes, we did notice the American flag waving outside the shop. Regardless of your taste buds, the mirror-like chrome paint finish on the M3 Coupe-Convertible seems well executed. Check out the car for yourselves in the video after the jump.

Canadian tuner MWDesign has released a few more photos of its BMW M3 Coupe Darth Maul, but as much as we like the dark-theme project car, we must admit that in our book, Chantel Elloway scored more points in the "styling department" than the bimmer.

Even the most recent BMW M3 with its 420HP V8 engine can't escape from the tuning claws of G-Power. However, if you've been following the latest news from the German tuning firm, you will probably be surprised with the somewhat modest upgrades that G-Power has incorporated into the M3 Coupe Tornado. The most significant change concerns the addition of tailor-made 'light' supercharger from ASA with a moderate 0,3 bar boost. Along with a new intercooler and a performance exhaust system, the 4.0-liter V8's output increases from 420HP and 400Nm to 500HP and 480Nm (354-lbs/ft).
