2011 Bentley Continental GT Coupe Facelift
Seven years into production of its Continental GT, and Bentley is now brewing up a... late, late-life facelift for the coupe model keep to suitors interested. As usual, the British (feel free to swap with German) firm's engineers made sure we couldn't see most of the styling updates by covering the car from top to bottom in checkered masking tape.
What we could make out from this video is the new Mulsanne-inspired snout with two large headlamps close to the grille offset by two smaller units on both corners and restyled air vents. In addition, it looks like the car will [...]
Bentley Continental GT Bogged Down in Mud Bath
There are some things you just don't do with a $250,000 luxury sports car; for example, you do not attempt to plow through a farm road full of mud as if you were driving a John Deer tractor. Unfortunately, the Russian owner of this Bentley Continental GT learned his lesson the hard, costly -and worst of all- hugely embarrassing way.
Complete photo gallery and a rather entertaining video of the Bentley and the amazing jumping mud-man who didn't care less about the fate of the British GT, or anything else, for that matter, [you'll see what we mean...] after the jump. [...]

Bentley Mulsanne final production stage, testing and sign off
English automakers Bentley have released the sixth and final video in a series outlining the production of the Bentley Mulsanne. The five-minute long video shows the completed car at the end of the assembly line as it rolls into its final stage of testing.
Inspectors at the last point examine the car from a subjective point of view, explains Mulsanne Engine and Quality Manager Donna Morrey. "Internally, we say we are the hands and eyes of the customer." Morrey's team puts the car through a two-hour, 503-point checklist before giving each unit a thumbs-up or thumbs-down.
By this stage, [...]
Bentley Mulsanne assembly process detailed
Bentley has released another edition in a string of videos showing the production stages of the Bentley Mulsanne. In this 5m 34s clip, Mulsanne Project Director Ashley Wickham takes us through the assembly line at the plant, six weeks into vehicle production.
"Each car is individual," Wickham says. "You can see from the layout, from the point of view of interior and exterior colors, the amount of variation we can get out of this build stage." Indeed, over 100 exterior colors are available on the car.
It takes 98 team members to build the Mulsanne, and precision is the [...]

Bentley has released a new video featuring the production process of the Bentley Mulsanne. The 3m 20s video focuses on transitioning the car's body-in-white to a fully painted vehicle.

While the footage is not the most [...]
Bentley Mulsanne Press Launch Video
Bentley has released a new promotional video for the range-topping Mulsanne luxury sedan.
Declaring they are "the opposite of mass production," Bentley says it takes more than two months to build a Mulsanne because more than 50% of the car involves handcraftsmanship. This leads to a lot of individual choices as Bentley offers 24 hides and 28 different exterior paint colors (114 with the 'extended range').
While Bentley has been mum on details, the company has recently confirmed the Mulsanne will be powered by a 6.75-liter V8 engine with 505 bhp and 1020 Nm of torque. The engine features cam phasing, variable [...]

Mystery Bentley Bio-Fuel Supercar Heads to Geneva
The 2009 International Geneva Motor Show in March will see the unveiling of a new supercar from Bentley. The British automaker did not release any details other than that the mystery vehicle will run on bio-fuel and that it will be "its fastest and most powerful production car ever." For the record, the teaser press shot that accompanied the release seem to point towards a car based on the Continental family - either the coupe or the sedan. Hamann Release First Images of Bentley Continental GT & GT Speed Performance Upgrades
Hamann, the developer / tuner, is foraging in territories previously unknown to it. Famous for enhancing performance machines from the likes of BMW, Porsche and Lamborghini, Hamann has on the odd occasion, branched off into Mercedes McLaren and Aston Martin.
Soon Bentley will join this list of Hamann-tuned cars with a Continental GT Speed. The GT Speed isn't exactly short on spark, having been bombarded with a 600hp / 447kW Volkswagen Group W12 engine at factory level in Crew, England. No doubt Hamann has the know-how; the McLaren SLR they tuned went from similar levels of go as the GT Speed [...]

Bentley Continental GTC Offroad in Sand Dunes Video
We would never have thought to use a supercar sedan for a romp among the sand dunes, but in this video you will find the off-road qualities of the Bentley Continental GTC clearly on display. The Bentley in the sand dunes doesn’t appear to have too much difficulty, though it’s a rather strange way to enjoy a cabriolet that costs 210,000 euros.

Bentley Waves Goodbye to Arnage with Final Series
Ever since its debut in 1998, the Bentley Arnage has enjoyed a decade of success, but as they say – all good things must come to an end. The power obsessed rich folk who manage to get their hands on one of these models will be treated to the 500bhp twin-turbo 6.75-liter V8 engine from the Arnage T model [...]
