Lancia Delta In Depth

After a nine year wait, 2008 sees the return of the C-segment Lancia Delta and also marks the return of the Italian brand to the UK market after it originally left in 1994 due to a major image problem.

The Fiat C platform which was also used for the current Fiat Bravo provides the base for the new model – albeit heavily modified which a slightly longer wheelbase coming in at 2.7 meters (as opposed to 2.6 meters for the Bravo).

New Lancia Phedra Set for Brussels Motorshow

This year at the Brussels International Motorshow in Belgium (starting Jan 17 to Jan 27 2008) Lancia will launch their new Phedra SUV with 170 hp 2.2 liter MultiJet diesel engine. The Phedra has been thoroughly revised, both inside and out.
Lancia has co-developed the Phedra with PSA (Peugeot and Citroen) and measures 4.75 meters in length by 1.86 meters width by 1.75 meters height. The 2008 Lancia Phedra has a new front end with exclusive grille and chromes bumper inserts.
Most notible is the new 2.2 liter Multijet engine, producing 170 horsepower at 4,000 rpm [...]

Lancia Delta set for Geneva Debut?

The long awaited new generation Lancia Delta is now on schedule for June 2008. According to Le Blog Auto the official presentation is planned for Geneva Motor Show in march .

The new Delta will resemble the Delta HPE concept(pictured above), presented at Paris Motor Show in 2006. Hence, it will keep the length at 4500 mm unchanged, and 2700 mm wheelbase as well.
