EYE Concept by IED and Tesla Motors to Debut in Geneva
Tesla Motors is known for its innovative work in the area of clean electric powertrains. The company recently commissioned a group of eleven L 'Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) of Turin students studying for their Master of Arts in Transportation Design to come up with a new Tesla concept that meets several criteria. These include being a 2+2 type everyday sports car with high levels of comfort, youthfulness and digital-age compliance. Tesla Motors to open seven stores this summer
Tesla announced yesterday that it will open a total of seven regional sales and service centers this summer. In the United States, Tesla plans on opening a store in New York, Seattle and Chicago in June. Following those three stores Tesla will open up shop in Miami.
Later this month, Tesla will open a store in London, followed by Munich and Monaco.

100th Tesla Roadster delivered
The 100th Tesla Roadster has been delivered in the course of this last week, showing that perhaps there is still a market out there for the Californian company that specialises in electric cars. While it’s an expensive vehicle at 109,000 USD, a recharge of the battery costs between $2.50 and $5.50 and gives a range of 244 miles.

Tesla Model S Sedan Chief Designer Gives a Tease
Silicon Valley’s Tesla Motors has released a teaser photo of their model S sedan, which has been delayed by the company’s financial and leadership crisis.
The model S was originally slated to go into production in 2010 with a 225 mile range on a single battery charge, all for a estimated price of $60,000. Founder and current CEO, Elon Musk, stated that the sedan would be delayed until the company receives loan guarantees from the US Department of Energy and investors loosen up their terms.
